What has your experience looked like in the world of recruitment?

I have been working in the recruitment industry for the past 5 and a half years, primarily focusing on the temporary industrial sector. This has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of the industry and its specific requirements.

If your closest friends had to describe you in just three words, what would they be?

When it comes to how those closest to me would describe me, three words that often come up are dedicated, honest, and humorous. I believe in dedicating myself fully to my work and always striving to provide the best possible service. However, I do have a tendency to be quite honest at times - maybe too honest! If you appreciate a touch of sarcasm, then we will get on.

What's your favourite food?

That's a tough one! That's like asking a parent to choose their favourite child. I simply love food, full stop. Exploring various cuisines and indulging in delicious meals is always a pleasure for me.

How do you make the most of your free time? Any fun hobbies or interests?

I enjoy dining out and discovering new food places, as you might have already guessed! I also like going on weekend trips and socialising with friends and family. Staying active is important to me, so I make sure to hit the gym regularly.

What was your first-ever job?

Looking back, my very first job was at Footlocker. Interestingly, despite transitioning through different roles over the years, I've always remained in customer-facing positions. Although I'm grateful to have moved on from seeing people's feet... my experience in those roles has shaped my strong customer service skills. Safety boots only now!

What aspect of working for Blakeney Point fills you with the most excitement?

When it comes to working for Blakeney Point, what excites me the most is the opportunity to embrace a new challenge in the recruitment field. It's invigorating to dive into a different sector and absorb the values and cultures of the company. I look forward to learning and growing within this new environment, contributing my skills and expertise to the team.
